The property has two houses:
The Main house is a gorgeous pine wood post and beam, Maison Bondu, situated on a giant rock, and offers a magnificent view of the Sutton Mountains from the porch and the master bedroom. It has 3 bedrooms with 1 1/2 bath and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.
The Cottage has one bedroom and can comfortably accommodate from two people.
The houses can either be rented together or independently by two different families or groups of friends. The two houses are completely independent from one another with their own heating, water, and alarm systems.
