Perfect home away from home
Stayed with a few friends for a fishing trip. The house is absolutely immaculate! Beautiful ocean front views and the house is extremely clean. Gorgeous hardwood floors throughout the house and a nice big living room and good kitchen. The back deck has chairs for relaxing in the afternoon and there's a big screened-in gazebo in the yard which is great for grilling our relaxing. The house is located just outside Souris and there's a few nice restaurants close by if you don't feel like cooking. You also have access to walk down the beach to relax. About The Area
Island nights are cool and the days are warm in the summer, perfect for a walk on the beach, a swim, a round of golf, or a bike ride on the many kilometres of the Confederation Trail. Take in a ceilidh ([kay-lee] a Celtic concert with music, step dancing, etc.) at a community hall or at an Island heritage site, or visit one of the Island’s many music festival like the popular Rollo Bay Fiddle Fest. In the area surrounding Robertson’s on the Beach you can rent a kayak, walk the paths through the dunes at Greenwich National Park or stroll for miles on the beach, hunting for sand dollars while you enjoy the peace of Prince Edward Island. Visit scenic East Point lighthouse and Basin Head. Drive past lupins in bloom to the fishing village of North Lake or hunt for antiques and local crafts. Drop in at the History Room and trace your ancestry.
