Sleeps40Bedrooms12Bathrooms6Minimum Stay2 nightsWe have 3 Cottage Lodges that will accommodate 20-40+ guests and one is located on a 1 acre estate property on the 18th tee and the other two are located on 2 acre estate properties on the first fairway of the golf course next-door. All properties have all the same amenities. There is a games room with the pool table, card tables, satellite sports screens, stereo, and fully equipped kitchens....Outdoors we have a horseshoe pits, fire pit, regulation volleyball, ring and bean toss games, giant Jenga, bocce ball etc. We have just completed our new soccer field with nets so our guests can create their own tournament environment if they like, or simply have a friendly game with family and friends...There are three gas barbecues and covered patios for your convenience. One of your nights day, we can arrange a free Pizza night at our friends sports bar a block away they have live entertainment on Friday and Saturday nights....The casino shuttle is a two minute walk to the corner and runs every half hour to the Falls, the area Attractions, the casinos and eateries as well. The Americana HHotel and Spa is a short walk should the ladies want to pamper themselves. We can arrange golf packages as well..We package with a number of area courses nearby, and you can walk to the first tee next-door if you do not want to drive. We are a 10 minute drive to the Falls, and gas stations, grocery stores, and Walmart Wharehouse Store is a short few minute drive..
