Cottage was easy to find and very clean. Staff was helpful with any questions we had on things to do in the area or with any assistance that we required. Beautiful view from the beach. Any water sporting activity that you would like to do, these guys have it. And it is right there, outside your cottage door. Would definitely go back!

Rented a pontoon Boat
Rented a pontoon boat from here. Dealt directly with the owner who was very friendly and helpful. He also had a really nice boat. Although I didn't stay here the resort looked really nice and I would consider staying here in the future.

Scotch Creek Cottages
Rented all of the cottages last September and held a family wedding. Nothing but good times had by all.highly recommend this venue for such an event .

Scotch Creek Cottages
Our family has been going to Scotch Creek Cottages since 1999 when our son was 2 years old and our daughter was 5. This past summer our son turned 19 and our daughter was 22 and though we have missed a few summer holidays at Scotch Creek along the way we have not missed many. It is a way for our family to join together for a week or two of easy living by the water. The facilities are fabulous, the location is exceptional, Greg and Cheryl are wonderful hosts and our children have had the experience of a cottage without the commitment that comes with owning. Each time back we reconnect with old friends and continue to make new ones as well. We highly recommend it to all and especially those with young families. You will make a lifetime of memories.

Scotch Creek Cottages Resort is located in the North Shore area of Shuswap Lake British Columbia Canada.
The resort consists of 20 modern cottages, with covered decks, situated in a horseshoe type layout which opens up on to our south facing Shuswap Lake beach area. The center grounds of the resort are beautiful park-like grounds with a great children's playground, BBQ gazebo, beachside firepit area and generous lawn area with both sun and shade. The resorts beach area has a nice gradually sloped pebble beach with a roped off swimming area containing a water trampoline and swim raft. Shuswap Lake is a fantastic large boating lake and we maintain a great boat dock and mooring floats for guest use which makes for a spectacular and easy boating holiday.
Boat Rentals are also available right from the resort with a variety of great boats available. The boat rental options include ski, pontoon and wakeboard or surf boats as well as canoe, paddle board and kayak rentals. There are also many boat rental accessories, sporting goods, and water toys available to rent like wakeboards, surfboards, water skis and tubes available all right from the resort.
About The Area
We are located in the town of Scotch Creek on the Shuswap Lake in the Thompson Okanagan area of British Columbia or BC Canada. This is a special area with vast wilderness areas and large lake expanses. You can spend days on end exploring the Shuswap Lake system its beach parks and connected waterways.
There are also many recreational opportunities available off the lake as well. Golfing, Biking, Hiking, Ziplining, Winery Tours.
Kelowna and Kamloops are our 2 closest airports being about 2 hours and 1 1/2 hours away from the resort respectively.
House Rules
Smoking of Marijuana is not allowed on site.
Smoking is restricted. Not in cottages, around BBQ area, Dock or Playground. We would also ask smokers to be as courteous to other guests as possible when choosing smoking locations.
Pets are not allowed on site.
Suitability
For families with younger children, there are not many more relaxing vacation locations.
