No crazy party illegal activities or under age drink allow in this house if there is anything happens Tenant should bear all responsibilities and obligations.
you need to clean up the house before you check out and take care of the garbage and recycling please,if you don't take care that you will be charged extra cleaning fee $100 cleaning fee for that.
