This natural delight offers plenty of wildlife viewing, some of them right through the large windows including deer, moose, bald eagles , Canadian geese, birds, rabbits and squirrels.
This setting is truly peaceful and one of the most beautiful spots, and yet, close to Kelowna City, all important facilities, shopping centers, the Okanagan lake, Golf courses, restaurants and the Kelowna international airport. All can be reached within 30 - 40 minutes drive.
The famous Big White ski Resort with its wonderful powder is within 30 minutes distance.
Whereas the Kelowna Nordic Ski club with 70 km of groomed trails is just 2 km away. You may enjoy cross country skiing and snowshoeing.
There are no limits for ATV's and snowmobiles.
Our peaceful setting is just 1 km from the McCulloch lake, an enjoyable place for canoeing, fishing or ice fishing during the wintertime.

The historical Kettle Valley Railway Trail (KVR), which crosses our property, leads directly to the Mara Canyon, which is one of the most scenic sections of the KVR, an approximate 1 hour bike ride away from home. Its famous wooden trestles, 2 steel bridges, and 2 tunnels are a fantastic opportunity for the whole family to explore the natural and pristine side of British Columbia.
The 2 story home has an open plan concept with 7 bedrooms,( one lower level and 6 in the upper level) 5 bathrooms, a large sized kitchen, including a coffeemaker, toaster, food processor, dishwasher, microwave and much more. On the main level there's a good sized nook and a separate dinning room, a living room and the family room with a fireplace.

A large deck with a gas BBQ and its spectacular view.
High speed internet and land line phone are available. Washer/ dryer in house.
