Excellent place to stay while you discover all that Vancouver has to offer!!

TerraNova is a very peaceful living environment so no loud music or noisy be quiet after 11:00pm thank you so much for your understanding.
If you want to have a party at the house, there is a extra charge $20/ per person, and additions $1000 damage deposit, if there's anything illegal activities or neighbors complain the noise and Police officers involved with the house then you will be taking all responsible!and damage deposit is no refund .
No crazy party illegal activities or under age drink allow in this house if there is anything happens Tenant should bear all responsibilities and obligations
You need to clean up the house before you check out and take care of the garbage and recycling please,if you don't take care that you will be charged extra cleaning fee $100 cleaning fee for that
