Built to an extremely high standard with extensive use of hand-peeled logs and quality wood finishes, it has an extremely impressive feel. Entry is on the main ground floor, and opens into a spacious living and dining area. Heated slate in the hallway floors and reclaimed fir floors with a custom stain in the living area sets the tone for this area. The living room features a large stone firelog-burning fireplace surrounded by comfortable sofas. A 46 inch 1080p flatscreen television with Blu-Ray player and hi-definition cable package provides top-quality apres-ski entertainment. The kitchen is very spacious and fully-equipped with granite countertops and every modern appliance. On this level there is also a large deck with barbecue, which has a wonderful treed outlook over the Whistler Valley. This level also features a spacious bedroom with 2 twin beds and a full bathroom opposite.
Stairs (again finished in reclaimed fir) lead down to the lower level where the master bedroom has its own gas fireplace and TV, as well as a large ensuite bathroom with tub and separate shower. This level also has the third bedroom with twin beds and the third bathroom, as well as a fully-equipped laundry room.
This unit has access to the renowned Taluswood swimming pool and hot tub for relaxing the aches and pains of the day away. (Please note that the swimming pool is open only in the summer months.)
Parking is in a private single garage which also offers ski and outerwear storage; additional parking is possible on the driveway and in the visitor parking spaces opposite.
