Set high above the road with dramatic views of both Whistler and Blackcomb mountains, and yet within walking distance of Alta Lake, it is one of the most central locations in Whistler.
Unit 309 is easily the best apartment in the building. It has recently been totally modernised and now features 4 bedrooms plus a loft. The apartment is on two levels; the front door opens into a spacious entrance area with storage for outerwear and footwear on the left hand side, and a large living space ahead. Totally modernised and tastefully decorated, it is an excellent Whistler accommodation choice for groups or families looking for spacious, stylish accommodation at a great price.
Blueberry Hill is located half way between Whistler Creek and Whistler Village on the west side of Highway 99. You can walk to the Village along the Valley Trail next to the Whistler Golf Course in around 15 minutes, or drive to the lifts in 3-4 minutes.
Unit 309 is located on the favoured side of the building with uninterrupted views of the golf course and both mountains. The gourmet kitchen features hand-built cabinets and granite countertops; there is a separate spacious dining room and the seating area around the gas fireplace offers comfortable modern sofas and armchairs.
Newly renovated in a modern idiom, it offers comfortable and stylish accommodation.
This level also features the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
Upstairs are 3 more bedrooms plus the loft/media room which has 2 trundle beds, LCD TV and surround sound system.
