Many families and groups of friends find these homes the best place to stay once they have tried it, since the short drive to the Village is a very small price to pay for the extra space and comfort offered by these homes.
Nicklaus North 4 is a case in point. Offering 3500 square feet of space, it has an enviable position overlooking the golf course, as well as the unique feature of two private hot tubs, one of which sits on a small private deck off the master bedroom suite.
Entry is into a large hallway, with a very spacious mudroom for ski and outerwear storage off on one side. This leads into the immense living area, which has two large and separate seating areas. One is round the fireplace and the 46 inch LCD TV whilst the other is a more formal area for drinks and conversation. The dining area is off to one side and will seat 10 people in great comfort, whilst the kitchen is large and fully-equipped with acres of granite countertop and stainless steel appliances.
All 5 bedrooms are upstairs in this home. The master suite overlooks the golf course and the mountains, and has its own hand-built stone gas fireplace, as well as a wonderfully private hot tub for two on its own deck. It also has an extra large ensuite bathroom with large soaking tub and separate shower.
Four other bedrooms are also on this level, three with queen beds and one with 2 twins. The second bedroom is extremely spacious and has a siting area with two sofas. Access to the third bedroom, with queen bed, is off the second bedroom. The fourth bedroom also has a queen bed whilst the 5th has 2 twin beds.
Guests in this home will also benefit from a free guaranteed parking space right by the Blackcomb Base Two gondola. Guests may bring one fully house-trained dog to this home for an additional fee of $75/night.
