If you would rather have a standalone home with a proper entranceway and mudroom, a large living area and a kitchen big enough for half a dozen people or more to help with preparing a gourmet dinner, where the bedrooms have sitting areas and every bedroom has its own bathroom, then perhaps you should consider a house in Nicklaus North. Located just a 5 minute drive from the Village and the lifts, it is an area where Whistler cognoscenti like to stay, away from the noise and tumult of the Village, with fabulous views over moutains and Green Lake and yet with easy access to all that Whistler has to offer.
Nicklaus North 10 is an excellent example of a Nicklaus North home. With a spacious open-plan living room, large luxury kitchen and 6 roomy bedrooms with a very flexible bedding configuration, it is a great choice for a large group or 2-3 families.
The front door is at the side of the house and opens onto large hallway. To the right is a downstairs master bedroom suite, which can be set up either as a king or with 2 twin beds, whilst straight ahead is the large kitchen with granite counters and multiple appliances. To the left is the dining area and the sunken living room, which has two large sofas and two extremely spacious armchairs surrounding a wood-burning fireplace. The deck off the living room has a large private hot tub and has uninterrupted views over the golf course. The deck also features a stainless steel gas-fired barbecue and plentiful seating.
Upstairs there are 5 bedrooms, two with queen beds and three which can be arranged either as a king or as 2 twins. There are 4 full bathrooms upstairs.
