Unit 4 is an end flooded with natural light. Entry is onto the ground floor, where an external locker is ideal for ski equipment storage. Inside there is an entryway for boot and outerwear storage, leading through to an inner hallway. On the left is the second bedroom with a king split bed (two twin beds that can be combined for form a king bed). Next to this is the downstairs bathroom with granite surfaces and a frameless glass shower. Finally on this level is a small bunk room with two single bunks.
Stairs lead up to the main living and entertainment room. At one end is the gourmet kitchen, with cherry cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Next to this is the dining area, with a large dining table offering comfortable seating for 8-10 people, and at the far end is the sitting area, with a gas log fireplace on one side and a large L-shaped leather sofa offering comfortable seating.
Off this level is also the brand new large private hot tub, nestled under the trees and offering total privacy.
Upstairs again is the master bedroom suite, which has a queen bed, television and ensuite granite bathroom with large bathtub.
Secure underground parking for one car is available, with visitor parking on a first-come, first-served basis.
