Stools at the kitchen bar provide an additional eating area or just somewhere to chat to the cook. Outside there is a private hot tub amid a spacious lawned area with distant views.
This level also includes a den with sofabed and TV and a full laundry and a full bathroom.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, the master with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom with a queen and the third bedroom with two twins.
