Formerly a 2 bedroom apartment, it’s 55 square meters (600 sq ft) and sleeps up to 2 couples, as it includes a large comfortable pull-out couch in the living room.
This residential building has very few short-term rental apartments. There are two elevators and a parking garage (one space available). No parties or loud music please. The apartment is located on the second floor in the back of the building with windows facing a courtyard which create a strong ocean breeze. Enjoy the peace & quiet!
Amenities include multi-split air conditioning units (no compressor noise) in the bedroom and living room; gorgeous porcelain tile throughout; a modern fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, granite counter tops, a pass thru snack bar, and water filter (no need to buy bottled water!). The French Provencal style furniture all has tabletop glass. In the living room is a flat screen HDTV, DVD player, WiFi internet, and an iPod docking station/stereo. The large granite and glass bathroom has floor to ceiling tiled walls and a rain drop shower head with strong water pressure. In the spacious air conditioned bedroom you’ll enjoy a good nights sleep in the comfortable queen sized bed. Towels and linens are provided. There’s also an electronic safe for your valuables.
