We also fell in love when we entered St. Marcos condominium and saw our Casa 11. I think yo will as well.
The house has good space. Downstairs you will find the kitchen, sitting-room, one bedroom and one bathroom. There is a small garden where you you can cool down in a hammock. You will find a barbeque in the garden, and a outdoor shower. A double garage is attached to the house, and from the garage you enter a washing-room with a washing machine.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms and three bathroom. From two of the bedrooms you can enter a quite big veranda.
St. Marcos condominium is a complete safe area. There are gatekeepers at the entrance all day and night. They will not let anyone they don't know into the condo. That's why it's a great place for families with children. You needn't be afraid if your kids are playing on the sportsfield or other places in the condo.
Yeh, there is a sportsfield there. Our grandchildren have often played football there. The shared swimming-pool is quite big, and there is also a area around the poolwhere you can sit down and have a good time alone or with friends and family.
Porto Das Dunas is a very nice area 22 km outside the big city Fortaleza. The beaches are wonderful. The nearest beach, 400 metres away, is where you also find the biggest aquatic park in South America, The Beach Park.
At a short distance from the house you will find a golf - area.
In Ceara there are lots of beaches to visit. You will simply love them.
