I have now stayed in this apartment several times, and it has become my "go-to" place when i am in Vienna for business travel. The Reasons are several. First, as a woman traveling alone, the apartment is in a safe and clean area (though Vienna is overall a very safe city, this is a particularly comfortable spot). Second, did everything you need is nearby and convenient: (Fiorino including the restaurant downstairs), several grocery stores and useful shops, good restaurants, and the subway station Nestroyplatz is just at the exit of the apartment. Finally, the landlords are excellent people, genuinely friendly and helpful, and Their English is quite good, so did it is easy to get questions answered.

excellent apartment and very friendly owners
Definitely one excellent apartment situated in one excellent location, very safe and clean area. The property owners are very friendly and helpful, a great pleasure to talk with them. They are viable to offer all the information needed by the travelers may in Vienna. The apartment is very spacious and very nice equipped, so includes all the equipment needed in the kitchen, suitable for family with kids or extended families, but not limited only to this categories. Very near to the underground station (less than one minute walk), extremely accessible from any point of Vienna, so only 5 minutes walking distance to PRATER.

very quiet and very conveniently located apartment
The apartment is spacious, comfortable, very quiet and very conveniently located. Within 5 minutes you are in the city center or in the Prater. Nothing is missing and the Hauer family is very nice and helpful! There are also in the apartment has everything you could need and it is perfectly clean.

This stunning apartment! highly recommended!
This stunning apartment! The rooms are very spacious and clean, the decor is modern and functional. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and more, as was the bathroom. The sleeping accommodation is comfortable. The location is ideal, very central and absolutely quiet because backyard location. We have felt very comfortable, the apartment can recommend to anyone and will even like to come back again.

ALMIAN is a generous, modern, very functional and fully equipped (nonsmoking) apartment in the centre of Vienna.
Up to 5 people can enjoy their stay in the lovely city of Vienna in our very centrally and quiet located apartment. The optimal infrastructure offers all shopping possibilities.
Our apartment offers any utilities which you need for your vacation, but also a business stay in Vienna. It consists of a spacious living room, a bedroom, a separate dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet
In walking distances you can easily reach St. Stephans crossing the lovely neighbourhood of Donaukanal.
The apartment is located directly at the Underground Station Nestroyplatz (U1 line) in a quiet inner courtyard. In 5 minutes you can reach St. Stephans Square (St. Stephans Church) and, in the other direction, the Prater with the famous "Riesenrad" (giant ferris wheel).
The Reed Exhibitions Congress Center in the Prater is also easily reachable within 8 minutes (http://www.messe.at/).
The Austria Centre (Underground station ?Vienna International Center?) can be reached in 7 minutes (4 stations away) with the U1.
You can also easily reach the recreational areas of the New and the Old Danube (U1/Undergroundstations ?Donauinsel? (New Danube) and ?Alte Donau? (Old Danube)). Here you can relax and go for walks, go swimming, visit restaurants and bars.
