The holiday-house EVEN is excellent for a private vacation with family and friends - for up to 11 persons! It´s directly next to the stunning flowing, rushing Schwarzach-river - higth 1.340 m.

Ski bus stop is just a minute walk, cross country ski trail is beside the house and the ski resort is jsut 10 minutes away. Two apartments can be rented as per the week. Both are well equipped with partly under floor heating and central heating. These apartments are furnished with old country furniture along with genuine pictures, valuable ceramics, etc. Wi-Fi and TVs are available. A central heating was partly constructed with under floor heating in 2013. The house is beautifully designed and decorated. The bathrooms are fully reconstructed and refurbished.
