I'll admit that after finding the place, I was a little unsure. It's in a very local neighborhood. BUT, within a day or so, we were totally in love with it. Huge place. Super clean. Private dock. Great kitchen. Terrifically nice owner, who we actually only saw once since we were on the go early and back in the evening. The cleaning lady Kathy was very sweet as was the gardener. And we had the owner's number if we needed anything. After 6 days, we left as planned for two nights at a resort (which cost us nearly what our 6 nights here cost). We actually missed this place! You will need a car.

Spacey and comfortable
This is a two-story apartment hotel with eight units of a good size, with enough space to stay comfortably; I would estimate the total area to be about 550 sq. feet (50 square meters). Big bathroom with separate toilet and tub, and long sink counter. The bedroom has two big closets, safe box, a king size bed, two night tables, drawer chest with a big mirror and a TV. A separate living room combined with dining table and kitchenette equipped with a full size fridge, range and sink is provided; all dishes, pots, silverware, etc. are also provided. The friendly staff would clean your apartment every day, including washing and stowing your dirty dishes (yeah!!!). A free wi-fi internet connection and enough parking space in front of the building are also provided. I like the location which is somehow close but outside the grand hotels area and just a few miles from downtown Oranjestad. You may want to have a rental car to move around since taxis are pricey. Having a rental car may allow you to explore the entire island and go to very much everywhere in about four or five days.
