My family and I live in the New York State Finger Lakes area. While we are back home working, we invite you to enjoy our waterfront vacation home. We welcome personal contact 585-734-3733 or serenitysedgeflorida (all one word lower case) at gmail.com. Feel free to contact us with any questions, concerns or to book directly. My husband and I were looking for a vacation home and place to retire to when the time came. We looked at many properties but as soon as we walked into this house, we knew we wanted to buy it. The VIEWS!!! No other house came close. No matter where you are on the property, water is visible. We liked the privacy. Many houses in Cape Coral have narrow canals with the surrounding neighbors are able to see and hear everything their neighbors do. The noise traveling across the narrow canals was not appealing to us! We like to relax with family and friends enjoying our time without feeling like we are on display. Direct, quick access to the open water was another reason. This is a direct Gulf of Mexico access/no bridges saltwater lake located off the Spreader. We can reach many areas quickly by boat that are lengthy or restricted otherwise. Having driven or commuted everywhere we go, this location is appealing to us. From this house we can access all directions to find interesting things to do but maintain the privacy and serenity we desire.
The location is central to a wide variety of activities and multiple pristine beaches.

The Markets We Service

We cater to those who value privacy, appreciate nature and want to rejuvinate in style.

Why Travelers Book With Us

Uniquely situated, this house is on a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded on three sides by water. The location, multiple views, privacy and quality of the entire property offers a remarkable experience. The sunsets are breathtaking and unforgetable!

Serenity Edge Villa is a Great Place to Unwind!

The home is a beautiful piece of property that welcomes you & encourages you to relax and enjoy all that the home has to offer. There is plenty of space to feel at home. The furnishings are comfortable; bedrooms and baths spacious and the kitchen is one where there can't be too many cooks! Anyone will enjoy their time spent here! Margaret, the owner, personally followed up with us and the management company was quick to respond to our requests. It's a little out of the way but definitely worth the drive! My Response Thank you, Lori! It was a pleasure having your group stay at my house. I'm glad you enjoyed your vacation! If I can help you in the future, please call me. Regards, Margaret

5 Star Vacation

My son and I stayed at this beautiful house while on vacation. We wanted a central location to Sanibel Island, Captiva, and Manasota Key. We love beaches. This was the perfect house with all its amenities. We felt like we were at a five star hotel. The beds were amazing and I slept like a baby the first night without having to "get used to the bed". Each bedroom had its own private bath. Two of the bedrooms have a beautiful view looking right out to the amazing pool and lake! It was absolutely deluxe! We enjoyed and used the salt water infinity pool daily. We would take a long swim in the pool after our adventures at the beaches during the day. We cooked on the gas grill and enjoyed watching as the dolphins appeared each afternoon. We enjoyed shopping in Cape Coral and eating at Ford's Garage. We also chartered a boat to Cayo Costa, a Florida State Park, for a day. I highly recommend that day trip if you like shelling, walking on the beach, and plenty of solitude. One of our favorite places to go turned out to be Manasota Key. The whole beach is lined with piles of shells, We especially liked Stump Pass Beach State Park, where you park for $3 and can walk the beautiful trails to the end of the key. To sum it up, this was by far the best vacation rental that I have stayed at. It is definitely everything and more than what was in the description. I highly recommend it! We are planning to go back and stay there again next year! Gorgeous views combined with privacy and luxury all in one. Hands down our best experience yet!

We were very impressed with this home from the moment we arrived. The palms, landscaping, everything was well cared for. The accent lighting at night in the front of the house was stunning. The interior is even more amazing. The floor to ceiling sliding glass doors running across the whole back of the house in the living room slide open, providing a flawless view and gave the living areas inside a natural open flow to the patio space, Infiniti edge pool and grilling area in the back yard. The back patio has 3 awesome powered screens that, with the touch of a button, will come down and go back up effortlessly and enclose a portion of the patio that extends the whole width of the house. My family loved how freely they could still move between both master bedrooms and the living room while enjoying the scenic views from the outdoor furniture and blocking any bugs that might be out. They provided a safe and secure boundary for the little ones making it easier to relax knowing that they were completely safe from falling into the pool or wandering off when an adult wasn’t with them. This is now our go to spot! My Response Thank you so much for your glowing review! I am always happy when guest’s really enjoy their stay. Your family was a pleasure to have stay at Serenity’s Edge. I look forward to your return next year. Regards, Margaret
