I started managing our properties when we became unhappy with the way rental companies dealt with our guests. We try to make booking and check in as easy as possible and with a personal touch to insure your vacation is memorable and hassle free.
We have had guests from as far away as California to the west and Canada to the north. We have numerous guests from Pennsylvania , Virginia, Ohio and the Carolina's. We also cater to guests with pets.
We give personal service and do cater to guests with pets. Our check in is stress free and on your time table as we utilize a key code system.

1014535We chose Beach Heaven as our winter getaway from winters snow and cold. It was a very good choice. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors very friendly. Our stay was very comfortable and exceeded our expectations. The house has a fully equipped kitchen,laundry and there was even a balcony off one of the bedrooms where you could enjoy morning coffee or just relaxing with a good book. The owners,Lyn and Ken, are great people and are very helpful. We had a short walk to the beach and the shopping and great dining areas were close-by. Hubby was very pleased with the choice of golf courses and golf shops. Our dog loved the yard and the walks to the beach. The beach house was very comfortable and big enough to accommodate our family when they came to visit. We would definitely recommend it for snowbirds or just a getaway during the summer months.

1014535Great Property. Our children attend college nearby so we decided to spend the week of Thanksgiving in North Myrtle Beach. It was a fantastic week for the whole family as this house was perfect for the four of us. It was close to the beach and convenient to many restaurants in the area. The house was clean and everything was in working order. We had absolutely no problems. We would definitely recommend and would gladly stay here again in the future.

1014535My girlfriend and I had the best Labor Weekend vacation at Lin and Ken's vacation rental. This rental was very clean and had all the amenities a family could ask for while on vacation. In addition, Lin and Ken's vacation rental is within walking distance to the beach, little tourist shops and this little irish bar that over looks the beach. My girlfriend and I will be coming back to this rental for future vacations.

1014380We had a great time on our vacation this year! This was our second year to stay at your vacation place and now we have stayed in bot places. We can't thank you enough for allowing us to bring our dog too. She loves to travel and had a grand time at the beach! The house was clean and had everything we needed. Just like home! The location is great with easy access to shopping, the beach and of course, Duplin Winery! We really enjoyed our time there and look forward to "Take 3"! Thanks for sharing your home with us again!

1013899This is our third year staying at this property and each year gets better and better. We absolutely love this house and love dealing with Ken and Lin. The house is very clean and equipped with all the amenities of home. The location to the beach is less than a block and the neighborhood is quiet and quaint. We are already looking to book for next year! Mr G's is a staple for us when we come down. We highly recommend this house and hope you are as blessed as we were.
