Welcome from Sally & Andrew We have owned our home in the Florida Keys since 1999. Sally is a chartered accountant, Andrew used to work in the Logistics Industry and now maintains and manages our rental property portfolio. We are experienced owner managers and try to work to a simple philosophy of ensuring good standards and practices. Above all we ask a simple question. Would we be happy ? This question frames our approach. (just read our reviews!) We have many 5 star reviews on various platforms as well as a good number of repeat visitors who return every year or two. We have invested in a constant programme of modernising and renewing the property. Furthermore in the 2015-2017 period of time, most of the major structural and furnishing items in the condo have been completely replaced. We are licensed with both Monroe County and Florida State with the appropriate professional standards documentation to undertake short term vacation rentals. Details available on request. All the main components, systems and appliances such as the A/C are on maintenance service contracts, whilst we tend to change many items over before they fail on a planned basis. There are Tennis courts, Free dedicated WIFI, a Beach which has lovely mature breezy Palm Trees. Tikki Shelters for shade from the Sun, lots of Sun- Loungers. Walkways down into the Ocean, Snorkelling at the waterfront around the rocks. There's a 600 foot Fishing Pier and adjacent wading flats for the fisherperson. Waterside Barbecues, a Saltwater Lagoon with swimming platforms for the children. whether you are 8 or 80. Active or wanting to relax. It is simply a lovely location. The whole 20 acre community is Gated for Privacy and has a manned Security Gate 24/7. Parking is close to the building. * Our Condo apartment is Furnished to a high standard. It is light and airy we are sure you will enjoy the Arts and ‘Tropical Style’ design themes in the property. * Hygiene standards - We have a good cleaning lady who keeps it immaculate. * Structured maintenance happens several times a year, we use the place ourselves frequently, so the property is not just a PURE RENTAL. *The kitchen has a range of all the small equipment so often missing in rental properties. You will feel comfortable about being able to cook proper meals and feel as though you are at home. * Spacious = 135m2 / 1388 sq feet all on one level - check out the size of virtually any other two bedroom property in the Keys - nearly all are considerably smaller in design. * Open plan format in living space enhances sense of space. * Elevated Views from 4th floor balcony in an Oceanfront locale - see the pictures. * All on one level with elevator access helpful for more mature guests or anyone with mobility issues * Away from the noise of busy US1 - most rental accommodation and hotels are adjacent the main highway in the Keys. Take a journey with us as we meander along the South Dixie Highway as we outline a few scattered Pearl’s and share with You some HELP and ADVICE to plan your Vacation Stay in the fabulous FLORIDA KEYS, EVERGLADES and MIAMI. National Geographic describes our destination as the most beautiful and greatest of scenic places to visit on Earth. The drive on US 1 from mainland Florida to Key West induces sensory overload. You will feel like you are almost flying above the natural beauty along parts of the route. Tidal flats, teal waters dotted by distant islands shimmer. The so-called Overseas Highway awes you in its own right as an engineering marvel. Its concrete stretches across impossible expanses of water. The Atlantic spreading out to the left, the Gulf and Florida Bay to the right. In some stretches like the approach bridge across Jewfish Creek into Key Largo, it feels like you are almost getting a view from the air.
