We have been travelling through all 48 US states except Alaska & Hawaii and fell in love with the sunshine and laid back lifestyle of Orlando, Florida. In October 2013 we decided to buy a new 6 bedroom and 5.5 bath vacation home with swimming pool & jacuzzi in 2833 Roccella Ct., Kissimmee, FL 34747 which is only 5.6 miles away from Disney. Gino & Eva saw this home in July 2013 for the first time while it was still under construction. In January 2014 the house was ready and we started decorating and furnishing the house to an executive style, we only wanted the best of the best for their guests and for themselves. Gino & Eva live in Belgium and come over to Florida every year to enjoy the Florida sunshine, the relaxed atmosphere and to enjoy our beautiful vacation home. Gino & Eva manages the property themselves and have received many very positive recommendations.

1009484This was so far the best family vacation. We had lots of fun and this home was the highlight of our trip. It is spacious and set up perfect for the cause of family time. The office upstairs is perfect for quiet time while researching for attractions in the area. The Bedrooms is very comfortable and the living area on the 2nd floor is perfect so that the kids could relax away from the parents. We did not want to leave. This home is located off from busy road traffic so there wasn't any distractions of heavy traffic. Great home, Great homeowner. They are very detailed and professional. Thanks Mr. Harteel and family. We really enjoyed the home.
