Campanilla Compound is a quarter-owner ship community of 15 stand alone homes located in the heart of historic downtown Santa Fe.
This cloistered yet centrally located community of 15 handsomely appointed one- and two-bedroom casitas is popular for visitors planning extended stays, or simply wanting the experience of staying in a self-contained vacation rental rather than a conventional hotel. These compact adobe homes are decorated in classic Santa Fe style and feature well-equipped kitchens. What you gain in ample living space you give up in common spaces and facilities, but if you're seeking an independence and comfort, this is a terrific option.
Santa Fe's historic downtown Plaza, Fine Dining, Museums, Shopping, Santa Fe Ski Basin, National Forest, Hiking Trails, Indian Market, Spanish Market International Folk Art Martket, Wine & Chile Festival, and more!

1015072We had Unit 2, 1 bedroom, 2 bath. The place had every amenity you would need and was so comfortable. The king bed is new and excellent! Patio area lovely with wisteria in bloom. We had friends from Santa Fe and los Alamos come for grilled burgers and we all enjoyed the weather and surroundings. Everyone kept saying, "How did you find this place?" They are wanting to book for a staycation. It is architecturally Santa Fe style with wooden and beamed ceilings, plaster over adobe walls and brick floors. A 10 min walk to the PLAZA and lots of restaurants. We were only a few blocks from the Santa Fe ski basin main road. Washer and dryer in condo.Loved it in everyway

1014951This property consists of one and two bedroom casitas with parking. We stayed in one casita for two weeks. As a courtesy of the office staff, we were able to see several others. The decors of the units are authentically and pleasingly "Santa Fe", with attractive furniture, inviting outside terraces, and wood-burning kiva fireplaces in living rooms and bedrooms. (See their website--it is visually accurate.) Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor grill, and washer and dryer. The units are very comfortable. For those in need of rest, you will be tempted to relax in your casita. The property is well-located, within easy walking distance of the historic downtown. The office staff is excellent--they couldn't have been more helpful. They are always part of the solution, not part of the problem.

1014951Our unit at Campanilla Compound was so enchanting and very private. Exactly what we were hoping for when we booked. Close to everything that Santa Fe has to offer, we took full advantage of the close proximity to all the sights. The entire property was classic Santa Fe and absolutely what we wanted. The beds were super comfortable (the bed linens were top notch) and the double decks on our unit made enjoying an afternoon cocktail totally delightful. The place was spotless and well cared for and had everything you could possibly need for a relaxed stay. We would not hesitate to book at Campanilla again.

1015072My wife and I have stayed in many rental properties in the U.S. and other countries and we both thought this was one of the best rental properties we have stayed in. The cottage (Unit #4) had a dedicated wifi router which was nice and not something we normally see. Sky lights throughout provided natural light and pretty cool nighttime views. We had a private walled and gated courtyard in front and in back with furniture in both places. Very spacious with separate living area, kitchen and bedroom. Plentiful parking conveniently located. Although we were up a little hill we were just a few short blocks away from the main tourist area and it is an easy walking distance

1014951As said before -this is a small community of casitas offering different bedroom /bathroom configurations -it is quaint -peaceful -tastefully decorated & spacious. I stayed in a split 2 bedroom/2 bath with 3 fireplaces -after a little mojo -got those fireplaces lit ! Units have a full sized kitchen for those wanting to purchase groceries and save some $. I would recommend it for families for that reason -sofa makes into a bed as well & there is space to spread out . Because it's a little off the main path , it could also be very romantic for couples. So, the location -on beautiful days (which are plentiful here ) walking is a must and it is not too far a walk to the plaza -that being said -it you want to walk all day to canyon road -or it's snowy, icy , or unusually hot -you will prefer driving your car to the plaza -in summary it offers a taste of authentic Santa Fe.
