Breckenridge is a true treasure all year round and my husband and I knew we wanted to spend as much time as we could in this beautiful town. We purchased our first condo here in 1998 and were one of the first units to be marketed by the then Denver owned VRBO. As we were turning away business because our condo was booked, we began purchasing other units in the area and finally in 2003 we decided to manage other properties as well and Breckenridge Condo Rentals, Inc. was born. As our family grew so did the need for my attention so we eventually scaled back to managing only our own units. Now with kids grown we sold all but one of our Breckenridge condos (we kept our favorite!:-) and purchased a gorgeous property on the ocean in Kauai. We rent that one now too!

1031500I just returned from a trip to Kauai and what a fantastic location in Princeville! The check-in and booking process was easy and the condo was well appointed. We were two couples and it was perfect. The outdoor patio is the best feature in my opinion. It was a treat to wake up and have a coffee each morning with that view and to end the day with a BBQ dinner on the patio. No AC but the breeze was good enough to keep it reasonably cool (noting the island was going through a heat wave while we were there.) Very close to the St. Regis (nice beach and bar) and Hideaway beach which was one of our favourites. It is also only a short drive to Hanalei Beach. I am a runner and enjoyed the trails for a morning workout. If you are looking to stay in Princeville, I would highly recommend staying here. Tracey was a fabulous host.

1031500We arrived and 5 minutes later there was a giant rain storm for 2-3 hours. We were bummed, but then we went for a ride and 5 minutes down the road were 14 of the most amazing water falls coming off of the mountain which they haven't seen in a while. the night breeze is wonderful and almost made us cold. Very comfortable and wide open space for our two couple stay.

1006040Took my two teenaged sons skiing over thanksgiving and stayed here and my only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer. This condo was the perfect size and comfortably furnished. The resort is top notch and you basically walk outside and put your skis on and ski to the super chair at the base of Peak 9. I loved this condo and the resort and breckenridge and cannot wait to return. When we do, I will make every effort to rent from the Souvereins again, as they are extremely responsive and gracious owners. Five stars all the way around
