In addition to the rent, there is a $100 administration fee, a $99.00 damage deposit waiver and the optional travel insurance of 7% (https://www.elanvacations.com/trip-insurance.asp)
Cancellation of a confirmed reservation is required in writing via mail, fax or email immediately. Every effort is made to rebook the home. When the home is rebooked and confirmed with payment, all monies less paid travel insurance and the administrative fee (plus tax), will be returned to the Leaseholder. If not rebooked, all monies are forfeited, excluding damage deposit and taxes. A confirmed reservation that transfers to a different home is considered a cancellation with applicable cancellation policy
You can make a reservation by calling our office at 866 760-3526. Our office hours are 8:30 - 5:00 7 days a week. About half of the total is due at booking, and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
