Sleeping and bathroom configurations to guests are important, plus, will help eliminate inquiries for general questions and produce inquiries of guests ready to book. This section of editing your listing asks that you show the number of beds in each bedroom along with a few amenities to check off.
Adding Bedrooms
To add a room click on ‘Add Bedroom’. From there you can title the room such as ’Master’ and provide a short description (optional). It’s also where you indicate what kind of beds are located in this room. In being thorough, check off features of that bedroom that are often asked about from guest. An example is shown below.
Adding Bathrooms
Bathrooms work in the same manner as bedrooms. Click on ‘Add Bathroom’, from there you can title the bathroom and provide a short description (optional). In this menu, you will also select if the given bathroom is a full or half bath and select the features that can be found in that bathroom.
- Hotel amenities include: Soap, Shampoo, Body & Hand Soap, Lotion, wash rags, hand towels, bath towels, and a Blow Dryer.
- Recommended items: Mouthwash, Travel Toothbrush and Toothpaste.
Adding Common Spaces
This typically includes common spaces to your property that show guests non-bedroom sleeping arrangements. Examples are living rooms, lofts, office areas or dens.
