When hosts set their homes to be listed on Tripz.com, the subscription will expire a year from when the listing goes live. For example, if you were to create your listing on 11/15/2017, your listing would expire on 11/15/2018. Tripz.com does not enroll hosts into an automatic subscription renewal. If you are a host and you wish to renew your subscription, you will have to do so manually through your host dashboard.
