What to Wear When Planning Walking Vacations in Greece & Italy?

Frankly speaking, countries like Italy and Greece do not oppose any specific clothing system for travelers making walking vacations. But by opting out certain walking, dress codes will not only make you comfortable during the tour, but also help you look like a local. However, there seem to be certain clothing requirements if your trip includes a visit to a religious site, such as a church.
Those who want to experience the verdant valleys, amazing terrains and history of these countries like a native should seek out for the following outfits.
What to Wear in Italy?
You might need to walk for a few miles through the dense forest, walking trails and mountainous ranges before returning to your Italy Vacation Rentals. To ensure your walking is great and comfortable, you must have a pair of comfortable slacks, comfortable walking shoes and a tee. For girls, the wearing etiquette should be light. Get a warm jacket if you are traveling in winter or a light rain coat if there is a possibility of showers.
Outfits in Greece:
Greece boasts rough and uneven sidewalks that demand a comfortable, sturdy pair of shoes. Pack two to three t-shirts and pants depending on the duration of your tour. Also, bring a belt that will come handy. Even though you are planning a walking tour in Greece, make sure to be as stylish as possible.
Churches:
Not following a strict regime of outfits when you are hitting the walking trails? No problem, it is risk free. If you in any case make up your mind to pay a visit to the churches, a strict dress code must be met. Long pants, skirts or shorts reaching below the knees and shirts with sleeves are what you should wear if you’re walking vacation includes a trip to a sacred site.
