Great house at a great location
Enjoyed our stay for a family vacation. Plenty of room for 7 adults and two children. I appreciated the provided high chair and pac n play for our infant. Easy access to the beach and beach supplies were great. When we reported a leak (a new appliance had a loose hose), Ruby had it fixed by that afternoon. Highly recommend the house, however there is some minor electric work that could be done: loose outlet in upstairs bedroom and outlet behind main floor tv missing a cover.

Perfect in so many ways
Our family, including married children and a toddler, were very comfortable during our recent stay. The home is extremely well-equipped, a great location to the beach, in a quiet neighborhood. Nearby stores and restaurants are plenty. Thanks for providing everything promised and much more!

Townhouse was absolutely perfect for our families. The beach entrance was a very short walk and not heavily crowded. You could be in the boardwalk area by vehicle in just a few minutes. Ruby was always on top of making sure you had everything you needed. I would contact Ruby again for our family vacation. Jim Pennsylvania

Wonderful, wonderful stay in a beautiful, clean and homey place.
Literally steps from the beach. Everything you could want was stocked. So quiet. Just absolutely perfect. And Ruby was a pleasure to work with :)

Great property to rent but not great for babies
This was a great property. It is very close to the beach and HomeAway was extremely responsive to any questions we had. The only reason I dropped a star down was because of the squeaky floors, slatted doors and lack of ways to baby proof. The squeaky floors meant that anyone sleeping on the bottom floor was immediately awaken. All the doors in the house have slats so they didn't do a good job keeping noise out when the babies were sleeping, or when we were sleeping. We could hear every tiny noise from the second floor in the third floor master suite. Also, we had to get very creative about ways to keep the kids off the stairs since no gates we could find at the local stores would work. I realize that this isn't HomeAways fault but wanted to include that information for anyone else looking to rent this house with young mobile babies where stairs, squeaky floors, and slatted doors could pose a problem. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this house. We had a great week there!

What a great place to stay for our vacation.
We were so pleased with this house for our vacation. Our entire family loved it. It says it's a 4 bedroom, but it really is a 4 plus bedrooms, since one of the rooms has a double bed and then two twin beds. Plenty of room for the 9 of us. My husband and I loved the master bedroom and bath. So nice. All the rooms were big. The kitchen has anything you need, and the fridge is big enough for all the food and drinks we brought. Plenty of seating for meals. Living room also had plenty of comfortable seats, and enough floor space to play with my grandkids. The deck was very roomy, nice to sit out anytime. No one in our family could find anything wrong with our stay. If anything, we wished we could have stayed longer! I highly recommend this house, and would come here again.

Excellent property - perfect location!
Our two families of 5 had an excellent vacation in VB at this property! Very well maintained and stocked with everything you need. Perfect for entertaining, relaxing and beach time! We will be back!

Beautiful beachside home and super convenient for multi family ocean entertaining.
Great home for our beach trip. Plenty of room to spread out, ground floor fridge great for extra beach drinks, basic supplies available,and super comfy beds. Few suggestions for minor improvement: hose out front for easy sand rinsing, some structure repair in outside shower, beach cart (property details imply one is there). Would definitely consider renting again!

A truly wonderful experience
Bright, clean house with huge kitchen, wonderful sunroom and deck right off the great room. We had 13 around the dining table for great grilled and home cooked meals using the exceptionally well-stocked kitchen. Layout of bedrooms on the first floor worked so well for our combination of adults and children. So grateful there are NO "bunk bed rooms" - an awful concept we have dealt with in other houses. The house was delightful -- but what made this truly stand out (and we have been staying in Virginia Beach for over 30 years) was the maintenance service. We had a couple of issues come up (as they always do in a big house) and in each instance our problems were solved immediately, completely and with good humor. Hats off to Melvin and Patti for making our stay stress free. Superb customer service plus a great house -- we'll be back!!!

Great vacation house
We had a great week at this house and the location was so close to the beach! There were 8 of us and plenty of space for everyone. The house was like a home away from home! The only comment would be that some of the kitchen items needed to be replaced but we still found what we needed to make some home cooked meals. Thanks for everything!

Great layout. Very quick walk to the beach.
We love staying on the North End of Virginia Beach every summer. This home is just off the ocean on a quiet street. The house had everything in the kitchen you could need (except a can opener oddly enough) and was a great place to hang out when we were not swimming with the dolphins on the beach. There is outdoor shower (essential for us) and a sweet outdoor deck as well. Highly recommend. :)

Three-story luxury condo located at The North End, only four houses from the beach! First floor has three bedrooms- two bedrooms with queen bed and one king bed, a full bath and laundry room. Second level is the great room which includes the dining room, living room, and sun room that opens up to an outdoor deck. Large kitchen with granite and stainless appliances, eat in breakfast area. There is full bath located on second level. Kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking needs. The third floor is the large, private, Master Bedroom. Master bath has a His/Her vanity, jetted tub and shower. The home is wifi enabled, and each bedroom has a TV with basic cable included. Gas grill located on the ground level deck.
RATE: $2250 INCLUDES UTILITIES, CABLE/INTERNET. HOLIDAY SPECIAL: MINIMUM 4-NIGHT AT $300/NIGHT!
