This condo has been completely renovated and decorated to spoil all of our guests! As part of the A Stay Above the Rest vacation rentals, our goal is to make you feel spoiled and right at home during your entire stay! You will be treated to extra-plush towels, comfortable beds and everything you could need for an amazing time- big TVs, a coffee maker AND a K-cup compatible machine, toaster, blender, every cooking utensil you could need, and more! Board games are also provided for the whole family to enjoy! There's plenty of room to cook, hang out and make memories with family or friends.
The condo comfortably sleeps 6 (4 adults and 2 children) and has been completely refurbished to incorporate a dry-bar and update all furnishings. It's centrally located within walking distance to many amazing restaurants, shops, and multiple grocery stores while also providing an amazing view of the beach (only 2 back on the side!!). Free parking, too! The bunk beds have been expanded for maximum space (26" x 72") and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room with a memory foam topper! Comfort is everything!
As part of the complex, you get TWO swimming pools (one is heated), a cool spa, BBQ area, and coin washer and dryers on the 1st and 3rd floors.

All tickets are per paid night stay and cover one adult ticket price only.

-All of the properties are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

-Only use appliances for their intended uses
