Our goal is to give you an experience you will not soon forget and we are ready to spoil you for any kind of getaway!

As a part of choosing A Stay Above The Rest, you will receive FREE tickets every day for various attractions around the island. These activities include Schlitterbahn Waterpark, an Escape Room Experience, Ocean Star Oil Rig Museum, Fishing on the Pier, Beach Bike Rental and an Ice Cream Cone for each day of your stay! All tickets are per paid night stay and cover one adult ticket price only.

This top floor condo is great, and the owner has taken extreme care to make sure that your every need/want/desire is met! Within easy walking distance to many restaurants, grocery stores, Starbucks and more! SUPER easy beach access is right in front of the crosswalk! The huge 4K Ultra HD TVs are perfect when you need to wind down and we provide Netflix on every TV- even a built-in TV in the bunk beds!! Whether you want to kick in for every meal or not, the kitchen is stocked for anything you desire from every gadget we could think of to a Ninja Blender for those smoothies (or Margaritas!!), a Kitchenaid Mixer, a Keurig AND a coffee maker, pots and pans, bakeware... the list goes on! 

This condo comfortably sleeps 6 (4 adults and 2 children) on a SUPER comfy queen in the bedroom, bunk beds that have been widened for more comfort and a queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam top! You can also enjoy the 2 pools on-site with 1 heated all year! If you'd like to grill out, no problem! There are charcoal grills and picnic tables available! There are also elevators in the front and back of the property for easy access from the parking lot!

$20 parking fee, which covers up to 2 cars for the entire duration of your stay.

House Rules

Failure to adhere to any and all of the rental rules may result in a fee or fine.

-Smoking is NOT allowed inside the property. Fine of $500 plus expenses incurred, including any rental revenue from dates we have to block off or move/ cancel guests.
-People other than those in the guest's party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the guest.
-All of the properties are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
-Keep the property and all furnishings in good order
-Only use appliances for their intended uses
-Pets are NOT allowed anywhere on the property- $500 fine + $25/day.
