Welcome to SITE 1395 IN OCEAN LAKES ---- beach house located in the award winning gated beach community of Ocean Lakes. Come enjoy a family environment with plenty of activities and amenities for the whole family to enjoy. Indoor pool is open year round, several outdoor pools, NEW WATER PARK and great kiddie splash zone open late spring to fall. Arcade, basketball courts, volleyball, skate park, Nature Center, 8 fresh water lakes to fish and feed the ducks, swans, fish and turtles. Recreational building offers discounted tickets and information to most attractions in the Grand Strand area along with scheduled activities daily for kids and families and Sunday non denominational Worship Service. Several playground areas, bocce balls and horseshoes. As you can tell, a lot of families rarely leave Ocean Lakes as there are so many activities for all ages to enjoy. Oh – and don’t forget -- miles and miles and miles of beaches to roam. Lifeguard service is on duty from May 15-September 15 and offer chair and umbrella rentals.
We are featuring site 1395 in Ocean Lakes on Neptune Drive. This house is a little over a block from the beach and takes me 2-3 minutes to walk to the ocean and only about 4 minute walk to Sand Dollar Lake! Two story raised beach house with parking for up to 4-5 vehicles under the house along with storage building to put your belongings in, outdoor hot/cold shower, charcoal grill.
The first floor of the house offers a large fully furnished kitchen, large dining area with seating at table for 8 with 3 bar stools and living room has 2 nice futons (KT/DR/LR – All open to each other large L shape) and master bedroom with queen bed with full bath (entrance from bedroom and hallway) along with washer dryer. There is a partially covered deck off the first floor.
The second floor contains 4 nicely laid out bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have queen size beds and one of the bedrooms has a door going out to the second floor deck. The forth bedroom upstairs is a “kids” room with a bunk bed (double and single mattresses). Nicely laid out bedrooms on this floor with closest space in each room.
