Lovely Place
We stayed 5 days at this beach house. It was clean and only a couple blocks away from the beach. It was clean, nicely decorated and the beds are comfortable. We enjoyed the time there. Lin answered almost immediately to my emails which is rare. Thank you Lin! The kitchen has everything you need. We were happy that our cat size terrier mix pooch was allowed to stay with us. everything was great! I recommend it!

Very comfortable and beautiful
The house was very comfortable, beautiful and nicely decorated. Not far from the beach, within walking distance from the house. Was also not too far from the boardwalk or any shopping centers. Overall great location and excellent vacation.

Perfect beach getaway
This was our second year renting Lin & Kens home, as before it was very well kept and clean. We just love it there and we are so looking forward to renting their home again next summer.

Cozy Cottage
Had a great time in Lin and Ken's cozy Bargain Beach Haven cottage. Really liked the fact that it is ground level. The kitchen was well-stocked and even had laundry detergent and plenty of cleaning supplies. The bedrooms were all a good size and the beds were very comfortable. The area was quiet and the location was great for us. Parking was a little tight, but not anything uncommon for the area. Lin and Ken made the process very easy and we received our pet deposit back in less than a week. Will definitely give them a call for future stays.

Great little house!
We stayed here for two months. It fits perfectly in terms of location and availability. Nice and clean and everything you need to make a great meal, a snack or a party. The main bed was really comfortable and the furniture was very adequate. The TV's work well and have access to most of the channels you could want. The wi-fi was OK . It is a short walk to the beach and a short drive to many good restaurants and lots of shopping. It is very convenient to local golf courses. The neighbors are very friendly and it is pretty quiet (in March) so there is not too much noise at night. Overall a good place to relax, shop, golf, beach and just enjoy.

Cozy, comfortable, loved it!
Do not hesitate on this lovely rental. Close to the beach, a three block walk and your toes are in the sand. Part of a 6 home complex and being in the back, away from the street, it is quiet and private. The home is fully equipped making a longer winter rental so comfortable and easy. We cook alot and it has everything you need to make full meals. North Myrtle Beach has it all but is not as crowded as Myrtle Beach, so a perfect choice for us. The owner is very nice, wants to make sure you have a good experience. House was very clean, and our deposit was back within 2 days of vacating. Don't hesitate, book it!

Best Labor Day weekend vacation
My girlfriend and I had the best Labor Weekend vacation at Lin and Ken's vacation rental. This rental was very clean and had all the amenities a family could ask for while on vacation. In addition, Lin and Ken's vacation rental is within walking distance to the beach, little tourist shops and this little irish bar that over looks the beach. My girlfriend and I will be coming back to this rental for future vacations.

Great Property
Great Property. Our children attend college nearby so we decided to spend the week of Thanksgiving in North Myrtle Beach. It was a fantastic week for the whole family as this house was perfect for the four of us. It was close to the beach and convenient to many restaurants in the area. The house was clean and everything was in working order. We had absolutely no problems. We would definitely recommend and would gladly stay here again in the future.

We chose Beach Heaven as our winter getaway from winters snow and cold. It was a very good choice. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors very friendly. Our stay was very comfortable and exceeded our expectations. The house has a fully equipped kitchen,laundry and there was even a balcony off one of the bedrooms where you could enjoy morning coffee or just relaxing with a good book. The owners,Lyn and Ken, are great people and are very helpful. We had a short walk to the beach and the shopping and great dining areas were close-by. Hubby was very pleased with the choice of golf courses and golf shops. Our dog loved the yard and the walks to the beach. The beach house was very comfortable and big enough to accommodate our family when they came to visit. We would definitely recommend it for snowbirds or just a getaway during the summer months.

Great location
We stayed here Feb and March and we really liked it. The house is very clean and well provided with everything you need for a visit. The location can't be beat as it is only a couple of blocks from the beach and the main roadway (where there are lots of restaurants). Its great that you enter on the ground floor (no stairs!). The main bedroom on the ground floor is comfortable and has its own full bath. The upstairs bedrooms are comfortable and have their own full bathroom. The kitchen is fully supplied. There are new carpets throughout the house. The TV works well and the internet is pretty good. There is a gas bar-b q in the driveway. Overall a super house for a golf or beach holiday!

Such a Wonderful beach House
Stayed here for our annual family beach vacation and the house was just amazing. Clean, spacious, quiet and a perfect location in North Myrtle. The beach is literally minutes away. Lin was fabulous through the whole rental process. Thank you for a fabulous stay, we will definitely be back again!!

We were greeted with a beautifully decorated home, very clean and in a excellent private area.
Our family...4 adults, Two little girls and our faithful dog loved the stay! The neighborhood was quiet and the beach was very easy to get to, with our rented golf cart. Plenty of places to go..all very close to the house. We loved our stay in Myrtle Beach and plan to go back next year. The Wades & Brightwells in West Virginia.

Great location
The property was clean and at a great location. Usually a dog friendly place would smell like dogs but this house did not at all. it was very clean and well taken care of. We appreciated that the price was very reasonable and that we could bring our family dog along with us. The owner was very accommodating and helpful with any questions i had. The neighbors we encountered were very friendly. We rented golf carts to ride to the beach and ride around the area but we also walked to the beach since it was not that far. We enjoyed our family vacation!!

Great vacation house
My husband and I and 2 great grands and our dogs had a great time. The house was clean, large and very well stocked kitchen so i could cook. Our house was not far from the beach but we rent a golf cart cause everybody enjoyed riding on it . There was a table outside that we spent a lot of time at due to the dogs liked being outside. i would recommend this place highly and may be back soon.

Stunning
The pictures of the property does not do the house justice. Absolutely beautiful, clean, spacious. The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing. Its only 2 blocks from the beach which is fantastic. The balcony and gazebo was a wonderful place for my family to hang out in. I love how wonderful the communication is the property owners are. All in all best vacation my family and I have had. Looking forward to booking this property again in the future.

Very Roomy

About The Area
Ocean side of 17 is the place to be. The neighborhoods are family orientated, quiet and the ultimate in relaxation. Our first vacation at Myrtle we stayed in the heart of Myrtle and were overwhelmed with the traffic and noise, which is why we chose North Myrtle. No issues with having to park the car.
The beaches are not overwhelmingly crowded. There are mostly families on the beaches. We are within walking distance to Mr. Gs ice cream shop and Molly Darcys Pub. Our house is located in a group of 6 homes mostly occupied by owners and it is safe and quiet...with designated parking. No looking for a parking space in a parking deck here...parking is right next to the house.
