Wonderful home
This home was wonderful! It was very spacious, clean, and well maintained. As mentioned in other reviews, there are LOTS (seriously) of towels, dishes, silverware, glasses, cups, spices, coffee/tea, soaps/detergents, shampoo, etc. There are beds, not counting rollaways or couches, to sleep 17 people! The game room was a big hit with our group of teens, and they spend many hours having driving, shooting, and pinball competitions. The pictures on the listing are 100% accurate. We were there over the holidays and they had even put up a Christmas tree and some decorations! Being in the second row of houses back from the beach was no issue at all. You still have a great view of the ocean and haystack rock, and you can watch the folks climbing to the top of the dunes. (Some of the homes in the first row actually had a worse view because the wind had piled up sand in front of them.) We saw many seals playing the water, and even spotted a few whales. The beach access is literally right in front of the house. Phyllis was incredibly easy to work with. She always returned emails and phone calls promptly and you can tell she is just a nice person! We checked out on Saturday, and I received my security deposit in the mail on the following Wednesday. Wow! I have rented many homes and never got my deposit back so quickly.

Wonderful!
We had a LARGE family group (19 total) over Memorial Day weekend. Not knowing for sure what all we would need, we packed some extra towells (kids at the beach, etc.) just in case. We should have paid attention more closely to the description of the home. It was SPOT ON. There were LOTS of extra towells and really, everything else we needed. All we needed to provide was our food and clothes. The home was very comfortable and plenty roomy even for our large group. We had a couple of little ones and there was even a pack-and-play provided which we set up in one of the bedrooms. The provided roll away beds made for plenty of comfortable sleeping space. The views are spectacular and the location of he home makes beach access SO easy! This really is the perfect place to stay. The owner has taken care to ensure all your needs are met and has taken the time to decorate and make the house feel like home. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for some quality time at the beach.

Family reunion heaven - great views
Our family had a wonderful time at this well stocked home. I was surprised that for a house not right on the beach that we would a full view of the beach and surf due to the large gap between the houses opposite. Made for great surf/surfer watching. Seeing the sun set into the ocean was also a daily highlight. We had fantastic weather! The photos show exactly what is there and that one big room of kitchen, dining, living is wonderful for everyone to hang out and enjoy each others' company. All the beds were comfortable. You could come here with just clothes and food - everything else is here. The game room was also a huge hit with all of us. We found the walk to the Market Place, Pelican Pub, Stimulus Espresso and Moment Surf Company an easy and enjoyable stroll. The owners were a delight to work with.

Great house
Great family home! We had four kids, 4,6,10 & 12. The house has everything you need. Beds are very comfortable. Game room was a hit for the kids and adults. The pinball machine seemed to be broken, but no biggie. Loved the games and spent a lot of time doing the puzzles. Great beach access and you can walk to restaurants and shopping.

Best VRBO ever!
We just returned from a long weekend at this beautiful home. I have rented from VRBO from coast to coast to coast and I believe this was the best ever. Plenty of activities for the kids - great ocean views - could't be better. Recommended for: Sightseeing, Age 55+, Families with Teenagers.

Best vacation rental ever.
This was by far the most well stocked vacation rental I have ever stayed in & I have stayed in quite a few in both Oregon and Washington. I couldn’t think of a thing that we could have possibly needed that this house didn’t have. There was way more than enough room for 17 people and the huge wrap around deck is amazing. We had some small children with us so I told the parents to bring baby gates because of the stairs but this house had baby gates as well as high chairs and so many towels and dishes you could stay the whole week and only do laundry and dishes on your last day (although I wouldn’t recommend it) the house is very clean and has some of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. We absolutely love this house and hope to stay there again soon.
