We loved the cozy cottage! An adorable home with every amenity you could ask for! A very peaceful location, with a nice little store, bakery, and restaurant within walking distance. We throughly enjoyed our stay, and the privacy of this adorable little home! Dave was great, and more than accommodating to our needs! We will definitely be back again

Perfect Cottage
I was looking for temporary housing until my apartment in the area became available, and I couldn't have asked for a better place! The cottage is extremely clean and has anything you can possibly need. I was there for a month and there's not many places like this where you can get a full kitchen and washer and dryer. The landlord, David, was excellent! Very friendly and was there to help accommodate you in every way possible. I'd definitely recommend this cottage, and stay again!

Like new inside and out, 400 sqft plus 200 sqft laundry and storage room.
Cable TV and Wifi.
New living room area with Comfy Couch and Chairs.
New fully equipped kitchen and dining area including microwave, nice size refrigerator, glass top oven, Coffee Maker, iron, cooking and eating utensils and more.
Brand New Bedroom with queen size bed and desk. (OK to move desk to Living room)
Laundry Room with Washer and Dryer and lots of storage space.
Brand New Bathroom. Glass Door Shower stall, Towels and linens.
Park 3 steps from your front door. Very Private. Room to park 2 cars in the driveway.
Walk to CDTA Bus Line. Plenty of restaurants, shopping within 15 minute drive. Walk to CVS, Pizza, Dunkin Donuts, etc.
Main floor is 400 sqft. plus 200 sqft clean basement finished with laundry room and storage.
Central to Malta, Saratoga Springs, Niskayuna, Scotia, Schenectady, Clifton Park, Global Foundries, KAPL, GE, West Milton Navy Base
