This was the perfect spot for our anniversary trip. We were close enough to Time Square yet away from the busy streets. The apartment was nice. We would definitely book this place again.

Perfect for what we needed
Great location in Manhattan. Bed was comfortable. Quiet for a city apartment. Only negative was it rained one day when we were there and the entry stoop flooded. All in all a great property with an owner who responds quickly via text and is helpful.

Clean and cozy and super location!
Loved the feeling of staying in a New York apartment on our trip - felt like real New Yorkers! Location was perfect for us. Weather was hot so the AC was awesome!

Great place to hang my hat
This studio was exactly what I needed for my "NYC Theatre Binge." Close enough to the theatres to easily walk to and from, but far enough from the post-theatre crowd that I could easily find a restaurant or bar for a snack or a nightcap on the way "home." And 9th Avenue is a great place to find all kinds of food - Mexican, Thai, Japanese, Afghan, pubs, delis, you name it. The place is in the front of the building, so there is some street noise to contend with, but as a woman traveling alone I kind of liked knowing that there were things going on out there. I felt very safe, even late at night. Comfortable bed, too! I never turned on the TV, so I can't speak to that feature. Wifi works great. Excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water that comes up fast. Highly recommend Casa Tiffany!

This is a private ground floor studio apartment. Located in in the midtown west section of NYC. Perfect for two guests, with kitchenette, small fridge, microwave, stovetop. Folding bed/cot or mattress/boxspring can be provided for third guest. Free Wifi. There is a Flat Screen TV for your viewing pleasure. Air conditioning unit is new and the property has original brick walls to add charm to your stay. There is a two burner stove top, small fridge, and the bathroom has been recently renovated. Come enjoy this little gem that is located in the heart of midtown New York.
