Great location, kind and attentive owner
This was the perfect place for my young son and I this summer during our vacation to NYC! Alex made sure we had everything we needed and even went above and beyond with smoothies each morning, detailed maps and dining/entertainment suggestions. The fact that the place also included visits with his son, a contemporary of mine, made it even better. The two boys hit it off and enjoyed hours of play. I would recommend this property to friends and family, the price is very reasonable as well. The location is great, in a sweet neighborhood in Harlem, very close to a park, the bus, the subway, a grocery store and plenty of delicous dining. An all round good deal!

The apartment was clean
Alex was fantastic and so was his apartment! He was very accommodating when our car broke down on the way and got to town a bit later than expected. He had laid out everything we needed in the apartment, sheets, towels, wifi password, map of the area, etc. which was super helpful. The apartment was clean, and located in a great area. There's a beautiful park visible from the window in the guest bedroom, and Columbia's gorgeous campus is only a short walk away! Alex made our stay in NYC stress free! I would highly recommend this to someone looking to stay in the city!

Quiet New York getaway
The space was ideal of me - the room overlooked Morningside Park, everything was clean and ready for my arrival, and the host stocked the room with plenty of towels, blankets, etc. It was close to transit, and there was plenty to do/look at when walking around the area. I would definitely choose to book here again.

Outstanding
My girls and I had a great trip. Alex was great and the room was too. Alex helped me find parking. He helped us load and unload our luggage and even watched my dog while we visited the city. He walked me through the subway system very late at night and made sure I was comfortable and felt safe. This meant a lot to me since I was nervous in the city as a mom by myself with my daughters. The neighborhood was nice and the park across the street was a beautiful place to walk my dog.
