Sheila and Tom's BEAUTIFUL getaway house was perfect for our weekend girls trip! The house was so comfortable for 8 girls, never feeling too crowded, each having their own space. It was extremely well maintained and clean, with the most fantastic views! Location was perfect--an easy 5 minute drive into town or accessible for the local cab company to reach. Sheila and Tom were excellent hosts; plenty of suggested activities, very responsive and helpful. I am happy to recommend booking this house for any upcoming vacation or getaway!

Great Property, Great Location
This was a great property in a great location! The house easily accommodated our large group for a ski weekend and is very well kept and maintained. Location was excellent as downtown Ellicottville and Holiday Valley were less than a 5 minute drive. The owners were very responsive and polite throughout the booking process. I would highly recommend booking this house for your vacation!

Great Home for Winter Skiing
My family of two adults and four kids rented the house for a few days after Christmas. Very close to Downtown Ellicottville and Holiday Valley Ski Resort. The house is well appointed with new appliances, dishes, cooking utensils, and dishes. The master bedroom and bath is very spacious and has a rain shower that we enjoyed. We enjoyed the basement with the projector tv/dvd for Movies. We look forward to renting again when the lower level is fully finished.

Brand new build with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths on the main floor. King, queen and 2 twin beds. Fully equipped kitchen, bedding and towels are supplied. Loft is being finalized and will have another full bath and beds. Beautiful view overlooking the ski slopes. Brand new wrap around deck. Close to Holiday Valley for skiing, snowboarding, spa, ziplines and golf. Right up the street from Holiday Valley snow tubing. Movie theater in the basement.
