House Rules are as follows: There are no pets allowed, no smoking, NO USE of ILLEGAL DRUGS in the space or in front of the property, no parties or events , there is to be NO LOUD disruptive behavior because the apartment is located on a quiet residential block. All guests will be required to show proper photo ID during Check-In. If you are interested in grilling in the back yard space, please notify us in advance. If you are interested in using the space for a small organized event, an event fee will be charged and must be paid prior to the event. Discuss payment arrangements for special events with the host. One complimentary breakfast will be served for guests staying for the minimum of 2 nights. Guests staying 7 nights or more, will receive a 15% discount.
