This Santa Fe Style home will complete your experience fulfilling your vacation dreams with its soulful feeling. Walking distance to both the Plaza and Rail yard the home has three spacious
bedrooms and 21/2 baths. A private fully enclosed rear garden with an all-season water feature, will make out door dining or a morning cup of coffee a delight. Some of the features of this home include diamond plaster walls, brick floors, radiant heat, high ceilings with Vigas, a stylish kitchen, French doors form living and master exits to the garden. In the colder months after a day skiing or seeing the sights enjoy not one or two but three kiva fireplaces! A kiva fireplace in the both of the master bedrooms with their King size beds and one fire place in the living room. There is off-street parking with electronic gate for the driveway, but please note for larger cars the parking is tight. Newer construction offering lots of available light as the home was built in 2005, yet it honors the tradition and style of old Santa Fe. You get the best of both worlds. You are staying in the newly revitalized Guadalupe District in the very heart of downtown. You can walk outside to the Santa Fe River park and stroll to the rail Yard before going to the Plaza. This home is exceptionally serene and private.

Please note the air conditioning are window units in the Master bedroom, and one of the guest bedrooms, that work quite well. There is no central air or window units in the living room/kitchen.
