We had a great stay in Kihei. The place is well maintained both inside and out. The gardens in the resort are beautiful. The kitchen and bathroom are both highlights. There is a convenient washer and dryer in the unit. The couch is a hide-a-bed (only thing that wasn't super comfy, but we spent most of the time outside). The location in Kihei is great as you feel centrally located to everything on the island. Things are very close to the condo for general needs but walking isn't the easiest option. There is a nice spot for swimming across the street with barriers for the waves. Overall, there are much better spots to swim on the island and we usually went elsewhere but it's there for the early morning jump if you need it. Blender was on site and well used, along with the ice maker on the fridge. Cam and Diane reached out to check in and communicate well with good information to guide you at the location and to activities in the area. I'd stay again if we come to Maui.

Couldn't possibly ask for a better place
We were there for ten days. In previous years we had stayed at another condo resort thru vrbo. From now on, we will only come back to Cam and Diane's "paradise". Sitting on the large and very private lanai was like being in the middle of a botanical garden. Beautiful and quiet too. The excellent cross ventilation throughout the apartment allowed us to keep the AC off and had plenty of fresh air with only the fans. A plus! Love the tile and hardwood floors, pretty and easy to keep clean. Couldn't possibly ask for a better place or owners. We give it 10 **********.

Wow! Can't wait to come back!
We had never rented a condo before and are so glad we chose Dianne and Cam's. Our hosts were so helpful in answering all of our questions - they even had a binder prepared with information about their condo and all of their favourite things to do. They had snorkels, flippers, and boogie boards that we were able to borrow. The beds were super comfy! The kitchen was gorgeous, they had all the dishes, pots, and pans that we needed - they had more appliances then we have at our house! They had many spices and essentials, so a lot of the ingredients we needed for our favourite meals were already there. There was also a large screen tv, a stereo system, air conditioning, and a washer and dryer. The resort had a heated pool, hot tub, and bbq that we could use on the grounds. It's quiet and beautifully maintained, with lovely gardens. We loved counting the geckos on our way to and from our car. Diane and Cam had lots of books of the island, with maps and activity ideas - they even had the CD for the road to Hana ( which was awesome!) We can't wait to go back!

Stay in our large, fully remodeled, one bedroom, one bath condo overlooking the lush tropical gardens of Kihei Resort.
This 621 sq ft, ground floor unit is non-smoking and provides all the comforts of home (and then some) for your Maui vacation. The unit itself was fully renovated in 2011 with a new granite and stainless steel kitchen, a travertine spa-like bath, and new rattan furniture throughout.
Don’t fight the crowds at a large resort. Kihei Resort is a small, 64 unit, “boutique” resort in North Kihei. The well-maintained gardens are resplendent with tropical flowers, ponds and birds. You’re only steps from the private pool & hot tub and barbeque areas. Directly across the street is Kalepolepo Beach Park with a protected swimming area and lovely sunsets. A short walk north takes you to Mai Puno Oehau Beach and Sugar Beach, which combine to form Maui’s longest uninterrupted stretch of beach (5 miles!). It’s perfect for walking, swimming or sun bathing.
KITCHEN & LAUNDRY
The new, fully equipped, kitchen includes stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher), blender, waffle iron, coffee pot, pots & pans and dishes. The counter tops are granite and the eating counter easily seats four on swivel stools. Adjacent to the kitchen is your own private ensuite laundry with new front-loading washer and dryer.
LIVING ROOM & LANAI
The large living room is equipped with a comfortable queen sized sofa bed, 42“ flat screen HD TV, Blu-ray / DVD player, stereo with CD player, and a library of books & movies. For true Hawaiian indoor/outdoor living, the large patio doors open to a generously sized lanai with a table that easily seats four. Just inside the patio doors, there is a bar-height dining table that also seats four.
BEDROOM & BATH
The bedroom is an oasis to escape to after a busy day in the sun. Walk across the bamboo floors and relax on the queen sized bed with quilted mattress, high quality linens & Tommy Bahama accents. The travertine spa-inspired bathroom has an extra large walk in shower and dual shower heads. Don’t miss the rain shower!
FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE
For your convenience we’ve provided beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie board, numerous beach toys, beach towels & a couple coolers for your excursions to the beach or other explorations. There’s even a couple of tennis rackets so you can enjoy the public courts within a 5 minute walk of condo. When it’s time to go shopping for food / souvenirs, there are lots of options nearby ranging from farmers markets to arts & craft fairs, and shopping centers such as Azeka or Piilani.
