We are in a grouping of 3 buildings called Clubside Circle with 60 Condos that share a tennis court,heated pool, and two barbeque grills. Additionally, the Clubhouse has a heated pool, 4-lighted tennis courts, a bocce court, bar and full restaurant, and a complete workout area with exercise gym for classes. Our golf membership can be transferred to you during your stay which allows you to book tee-times with Green/cart fees around $46.00 per person. The fee to transfer golf membership is $250.00. If you only play golf occaissionally, you can play as a guest with Green/cart fees around $75.00 per person during prime-time (Jan-April). Stoneybrook is 4 miles south of Siesta Key Beach voted the number #1 beach in the USA.
Grocery shopping, a mall with 8 AMC movie theaters, CVS and Walgreens, Lowes, Kohls, hair salons, manicure places, and a large YMCA are all within a mile of Stoneybrook. There is Legends trail Bike Path right along the east side of Stoneybrook property that is 12 miles long with 9 of the miles extending into the City of Venice where you can have breakfast, lunch, or dinner and then ride back to the condo. There are hundreds of restaurants and entertainment venues in Sarasota including: St Armand's circle, Ringling Museum, Ballet, Theater, Marina Jacks, Sharkey's, Drumming-on-the-Beach, Chalk Festival, Sand Sculputuring, and much more...!

Stoneybrook allows owners to transfer their golf membership to a rentor for a fee of $250.00. This allows you to book tee-times at around $46.00 for green/cart fee per person. If you play after 4:00 PM you can walk without fees. If you play less often, you can pay a guest fee around $75.00 for green/cart fee per person, but tee-times are difficult to get from Jan-April.
