We loved Cape San Blas. This was a great place for our extended family to get away and really relax and have fun together. The upstairs master suite was luxurious, the room with the full size bunk beds were a treat for my young grandchildren, and there was plenty of room for each of us to have our own space. We enjoyed cooking and enjoying meals in the gourmet kitchen which had everything we needed. If you are looking for a great place to really get away from the stresses of everyday life and enjoy the beauty of white sandy beaches, clear water, and the comforts of home, this is the place.

Beautiful, Relaxing & Peaceful!!!!
The home was perfect for 5 adults & 3 kids. Beautiful home & plenty of space. Quick walk to pool & a little longer walk to beach, especially w/ kids & beach equipment in tow. Magnificent beach w/ crystal clear water. We loved that the house was secluded & off the beating path. The house had all cooking equipment/utensils needed. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home w/ us, we had a Fabulous time relaxing & unwinding for the week.

Great Place!
My wife and I spent 4 great days in October in celebration of our 35th anniversary. Beach was great. House was more than we needed, so we will bring more to enjoy with us next time. Thanks!

DreamsCape is a beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bath home away from home in a private gated community in Cape San Blas, FL. Cape San Blas is a peninsula with award winning beaches and the beautiful waters of both the Gulf of Mexico and St. Joe Bay. DreamsCape abuts St. Joseph Peninsula State Park and is a secluded paradise.
DreamsCape features 2 king master bedrooms, one on the first level and one upstairs. There are two more additional bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. One a queen bedroom and the other a bunkroom with full over full bunks. Sleeping a total of 10, all 4 bedrooms have high-def flat panel TV's.
The two adjoining indoor living areas are very comfortable. One featuring a high-def flat screen LED TV, DVD player and surround system to enjoy your movies. The other a great place to gather and play a game, enjoy a glass of wine or just sit back and read a book.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a wine cooler.
DreamsCape has 3 awesome outdoor living areas. A grilling--breakfast porch is off of the kitchen. The large back porch features a dining table and seating area and is wonderful for watching the sunset if you aren't enjoying it on the beach. The large porch on the front of the house with two large seating areas is a great place for early birds to watch the sunrise.
There are many places to escape while at the house, but just down the adjoining private neighborhood boardwalk you will be at the pool and pool house and with just a hop, skip and a jump down the private beach boardwalk you are on the white sands and at the blue waters of the gulf. Approximately 250 yards from the house down the boardwalk, it is just a couple minute walk to beach.
Chairs and umbrella are provided for you to use.
DreamsCape is located next to the entrance to the renowned St. Joseph Peninsula State Park with excellent snorkeling, swimming, birding, shelling, crabbing, hiking, and fishing. Boat ramp is available.
Nature is right here for you in Cape San Blas, while close by Port St. Joe has a variety of shops and restaurants along with boat rentals, a marina and golf club. Port St Joe has a seasonal weekly farmers market, and yearly art and scallop festivals among some of its activities. Apalachicola, famous for their shrimp and oysters is another nearby small town with quaint shops and restaurants. Panama City is only an hour away and has many chain restaurants, shopping and other family activities like miniature golf.
