Doors from the living area lead to a spacious deck with unique arbor for shaded outdoor dining. The rest of the deck area has plenty of sunshine and stairs leading straight to the sand. A hallway to the left of the front entrance leads to two bedrooms and the laundry room. Bedroom 1 has two queen beds and a private bath. Bedroom 2 is waterfront with king bed and private bath. Bedroom 3 is upstairs and is a large master suite with double doors opening to a private gulf side balcony.
