My husband, golden retriever and I just left Islamarada where we rented Sunshine Place through Keys Holiday rentals. We loved the location of the poperty being right on the water (oceanside) and the fact that it was pet friendly was awesome ! Restaraunts, boat rental, convience store, bars within walking distance, a real plus! The property was clean, and well equiped;. Andi and her staff were great to work with. We will be back !

Wonderful Stay!
We just left Sunshine Place after a wonderful stay! The location is perfect, easy access to restaurants and activities both north and south. Andi was a pleasure to work with including such a friendly welcome with many recommendations. We particularly enjoyed Marker 88 for the sunset, The Banyan Tree for shopping, and Rum Runners for drinks.

Beautiful!
We decided to take a drive down to Key West and while beautiful it reinforced our decision to stay at Sunshine Place. What a private oasis it is. The garden and private beach enhance the comfort of the home. Our favorite restaurant was Kaiyo Grill .Great sushi. The folks at Keys Holiday rentals were very helfull with local knowledge, just a great time in the Keys!

Whole Package!
If your looking for the whole package in one this is the place. View, comfortable, privacy and location. Best place I've stayed in the keys, hands down!

Fantastic!
My husband and I stayed here for a week and wish we had booked longer. Everything was fantastic !!!!! Property was extremely clean and well maintained with everything you could wish for and more. Ashley and Andi was very helpful and went out of there way to help us. We arrived late and they went to the property and turned on all the lights for us. We are definitely going back. It was also very safe there which is important to us. We loved the huge bed, brand new bathrooms and so much more. We had an amazing time and cannot wait to go back........

Never get tired of this property..
I never tire of the view from our yard at Sunshine Place. We loved it so much in 2014 that we decided to go back again this year for our 19th anniversary. While there, we went paddle boarding, kayaking and deep sea fishing. Loved the sunrises on the Atlantic side and sunsets from Loralei's and other little spots we discovered. There is so much to do in that area that we decided not to even go to Key West this time. We also enjoyed earing lunch at Wahoo's. Lazy Days and Marker 88 also good eating places. Thanks to the staff at Keys Holiday Rental for being so helpful. I am a camera fanatic, so I got some gorgeous photos!!

Rain or Shine....
Rain or shine...windy or calm...my wife and I enjoyed everyday at Sunshine Place. We are very grateful for the opportunity to share this wonderful location and all the amenities of the area. The ospreys, iguanas, pelicans, and all the natural wonders were a joy to behold. ...just wish we could stay longer...

A perfect piece of outdoor paradise.
Sunshine Place has one king bed, kitchen, 1&1/2 bathrooms,. a dining area, living area and a futon. The views from the many windows is spectacular with brilliant sunrises. The Pelican Cove Resort and the Post Card Inn surround Sunshine Place and provide activity to enjoy. Sunshine Place has its own large private driveway. We call this place a "one of a kind" location and opportunity. We are planning to return for the fourth straight year. Holiday Keys Rentals are very professional and will take good care of you......

We had a lovely time..
"My husband and I have been visiting Islamorada for the past 5 years. This year we stayed at Sunshine Place for the month of March. Loved it! Great views! Private yet close to resorts and bars/restaurants. Our Pomeranian loved to watch the iguanas and pelicans from the beach. We brought our 18’ bay boat with us the dock was perfect for it and also to launch our paddle boards. Keys Holiday Rentals was a pleasure to work with. Can’t wait to return next March!

Another perfect vacation in the Keys!
Weather was great! Everything is the same at sunshine place as previous yrs. My mom and I caught a double for my favorite fish (permit) and just an all around blast!

Perfect property!
Unfortunately for us, the weather was on the wetter side for our trip to the keys. Luckily we chose a great Rental to stay in, as we spent a fair bit of time indoors! The rental itself had all the facilities that we needed, was clean and tidy, and we received a warm welcome from everyone at Keys Holiday Rentals. We would love to visit again in the future, perhaps during the non rainy season!

Quiet atmosphere, Clean facilities, Convenient location.
Comfortable bed, sofa not so comfy. Clean and well decorated. Boat dock very close to house. Nearby boat ramp usable during high tide. Gated driveway for added security. Nice view of the ocean. No place to safely get in the water to cool off. Bait and tackle store next door and grocery store less than a mile.

"Sunshine Place" is setup perfectly for privacy and convenience. The owners of this wonderful property called Sunshine Place are willing to share a portion of their piece of Paradise with you. The ground level living area of this home is perfect for one or two people who treasure the tropical atmosphere offered here in The Florida Keys. There’s an efficient little kitchen stocked with everything you need for meal preparation and dining (pots, pans, dishes, flatware, glasses, etc.); a snack bar; and a formal dining area overlooking the water. Large sliding doors open to a patio area with a BBQ grill and lounge chairs. The living area offers comfortable furnishings to watch your favorite shows on the large flat screen TV. This enclave of tropical bliss offers ocean views and lush landscaping. It was completely remodeled in 2011 and is a short walk to boat rentals, Holiday Isle, Pelican Cover Resort and Theater of the Sea. This property is professionally managed by Keys Holiday Rentals.
