This place was absolutely beautiful! It was even better than pictures. This was our first time ever using VRBO and Dennis made the entire rental process very smooth. My family and I were so glad that we went with this unit, there was more than enough space for everyone, the beds were very comfortable. This place will certainly be at the top of our list next year!

Beautiful, very clean condo.
We spent the past week in this condo, and it's the cleanest vacation spot we've ever rented. Kitchen and bathroom supplies were very good. There were plenty of towels, and there was very nice linen on the beds. We were very comfortable and the view was spectacular. We love this area, and this condo is very conveniently located for many good restaurants and shopping. Thanks so much to Dennis and Melissa for sharing their beautiful condo with us.

Beautiful! Highly Recommend!!
Pros: large deck with beautiful view of the ocean, extra comfy couch that is HUGE, POTTERY BARN DECORATED, room is adjacent to the elevator, cool access to locker of beach items, very secure building, plenty of bath towels, plenty of dishwasher packets, laundry tablets, and toilet paper provided, large bathrooms, large walk in closets, several room keys provided, BEAUTIFUL VIEW, excellent workout facility, 3 beach chairs were provided which were easily carried to the beach on the trolley provided which converted into a table w/drink holders! Cons: master bed is firm off of balcony (I prefer a softer bed), (rest of beds were super comfy), coffee pot is on the small side (just make two pots) Book it! 😀 We were VERY PLEASED with this condo. The kids loved the pool and toys provided.

Excellent rental
This rental was one of the nicest we have ever rented. It was nice, clean, spacious, and comfortable. The furniture was so comfy and the beds were divine! My family had a great time!

This amazing condo over looks " The World Famous Beach " located next to the " Traffic Free " no driving area in the residential area of Daytona Beach Shores just north of Ponce Inlet and east of Port Orange. The area features everything from high end dinning, golfing, and shopping. If you're like me and love the sound of a well tuned engine " Ferrari World Finals (December 1-4,2016), Rolex 24hr (January 28-29,2017), Daytona 500 (February (18-26, 2017), Coke 400 (June 30- July 2, 2017) " or the roar of a Harley " The Worlds Largest Bike Week (March 10-19, 2017), Biketoberfest (October 19-22, 2017) " or just dig your toes in the soft beach sand and go for a walk in search of the perfect shell or driftwood.
Relax in your Master suite featuring floor to ceiling glass sliding doors that step out to a private balcony overlooking the ocean with a million dollar view, king size pillow top mattress with dresser and end tables, relax in his and her chairs with your favourite book or magazine while looking at the reclaimed wood pirate chest, or cozy up in bed and watch a movie or catch up favourite TV show with a massive 50 inch wall mounted LG led 4K TV connected to a PVR cable box. Huge master ensuite washroom features jetted soaker tub for two, his and her sinks with granite counter top and make up mirror, walk in spa like shower with huge rain shower head, walk in closet
Second Master suite features king size pillow top mattress, dresser, his and her end tables with "USB charging ports", walk in closet, 43 in LG led tv connected to cable box, 3 piece bathroom with granite countertop.
Third bedroom features a queen pillow top mattress with bedroom set night table, dresser, walk in closet, 43 in LG led Tv connected to a cable box
Forth bedroom is a converted den featuring two (2 ) pillow top twin beds, dresser, and 26 inch led tv with cable box. Third bathroom in between third and forth bedroom features granite counter top
Kitchen features an expresso machine, drip style coffee maker, microwave, oven with cook top, dishwasher, side by side fridge with ice and water, granite counter with 2 bar stools overlooking dinning area with a reclaimed black wood table seats 6 ( 4 chairs, 2 open back stools) counter height (not in pictures will be delivered December 2016). Off topic, while in town visit the best furniture store, Interior Concepts by Hanes Brothers, Daytona Beach. 95 percent of my furniture was supplied by them.
Main family room features floor to ceiling double glass sliding doors that step out to private 2nd floor balcony that overlooks pool and hot tub area as well as ocean, cozy up on the soft white leather couch and turn on the wall mounted 60 inch LG led 4k Tv with built in surround sound connected to a PVR cable box and enjoy your favourite shows
If you have stayed in the Sanibel condo building before you will love this unit recently re furnished and painted " over $30,000 spent shows like a model home" Family friendly 2nd floor over looking the pool and hot tub area. Last condo on " No Traffic " beach area. Assigned Underground parking with opener provided available, overflow parking upstairs. Exercise room and pool table available on main floor. After renting in the building 8 times we decided to buy our own unit. Once you visit you will fall in love and make it a yearly tradition like my family
Over flow and trailer parking is available 6 blocks north safe and permitted (at additional cost)
