Outstanding Home!
Beautiful Home! Pool was fabulous - we never wanted to leave. Location was close to many things - restaurants, Grocery Store, shopping. Was fun to have the Bikes and Games in the Garage - we used them all! Overall, a wonderful home. We would definitely rent this home again!

Fabulous House!
We had a very rough start to our vacation prior to arriving at the house, but as soon as we entered through the doors, it all changed! This house exceeded our expectations in many ways! Its simply gorgeous and has ALL the essentials! The bedrooms were beautifully decorated, the bathrooms were perfect. Enough of everything (towels, pool towels, extra blankets, plenty of dishes and glasses) for the 5 of us and plenty of room to space out. Beds were comfortable. The house was very clean. The best part was being able to open the sliding doors all the way creating one seamless room between the inside and the outside! We thoroughly enjoyed everything the house had to offer inside and out! The management company was also great to work with, as we had to switch our weeks unexpectedly. They were accomodating and easy to work with. Great communication back and forth. The location was also great. Close to stores and restuarants and a great walking, bike riding neighborhood. The only problem we had was that we only booked 1 week! Next time, its 2 weeks minimum!

Beautiful home
Our stay at this beautiful home was fantastic! The decor and layout of the house was perfect for our two families of four. The pool area and things to entertain the kids were on point (kayaks, ping pong, bikes). Our only issue all week was the hot tub. We were unable to get it to heat after about 8pm due to a timer/setting issue. The house could also use new mattresses. The check-in/check-out was very simple and flexible. Overall, we would definitely recommend this property to anyone interested in staying in the Cape Coral area.

Nice Home
Home is everything you could ask for and more. Nice pool and hot tub. Heated it so we could swim even on cool days. Room enough for 8 of us. We rented a rollaway and placed it in the den. Plenty of towels. Nice lanai area. As the previous reviewer mentioned, the home could use new mattresses. The furniture is very modern and, therefore, not “Senior friendly”. As long as you don’t care about that, I would highly encourage you to consider this home.

Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited Islands.
