Awesome gulf access home!
Huge home, 3 huge beds and two twins. 4 full bathrooms, all the things you need to live for a week. Tons of stuff to do near by and shopping. Huge heated inground pool. Walk out to the canal, get on the 22’ boat and head out on the gulf, that was amazing! Endless options when on the boat, if you love the water this is the place for you. We loved it!

In the Villa Ocean with four bedrooms nothing is missing. The distribution in this villa is ideal for friends or large families.
All furnishings are top. A large bright kitchen, there makes cooking even more fun.
You can then dine the prepared meal in the cosy dining area in the living room or on the terrace at the large table.
Villa Ocean has a very large swimming pool and another feature of this villa is a special water treatment plant.
It uses no liquid chlorine, but the salt plant produces chlorine gas, which will be added to the water by a particular system, as needed.
As a result, the water is substantially compatible with the skin and causes no skin irritation in general.
At this villa, boating is really fun. Access to the river is very short and then the boat ride can go on to one of the beautiful islands in the Gulf of Mexico.
Or use the boat dock for fishing - Some people pulled here already a big fish on land.
About The Area
Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited Islands.
