The interior of the villa is modern and spacious with plenty of room. The kitchen is centrally located between breakfast nook, dining room and pool terrace.
The stay on the pool deck at the above-average large swimming pool with its separate Jacuzzi makes lots of fun.
Chairs and seating, as well as a barbecue are also present in sufficient numbers.
On the canal, the villa has a platform for sunbathing or fishing. Also a table tennis table is available.
Another feature of this villa is a special water treatment plant.
It uses no liquid chlorine, but the salt plant produces chlorine gas, which will be added to the water by a particular system, as needed.
As a result, the water is substantially compatible with the skin and causes no skin irritation in general.
