X-mas holiday
Our family of five stayed in this house for two weeks to spend our x-mas holiday for the 7th year in a row in Cape Coral. The house is really nice and beautiful situated by the canal. It have all equipment you can wish for and everything was in a good standard. We were not as lucky with the weather this year so it was a pity that the pool didn’t have electrical heating. Since it was solar heated, and the sun kept hiding, it was really cold in the pool so we almost didn’t use it. If there was any problem (the tumble dryer didn’t get warm) we got a number to call and when we did, they came and fixed it within a couple of hours so really good service there as well. We can really recommend this house.

Villa Blue Lagoon Vacation
My husband and I just left this paradise of a home in Cape Coral. Location is amazing, the home is gorgeous and the management team was so kind and supportive! The private pier was perfect for my husband and my happy place was the pool and lounging in the beautiful Lani! Priced right and I can’t say enough about this home. INFO:Hurricane Ian destroyed the cage surrounding the pool and terrace area. The renovation has been ordered and efforts are being made to have it rebuilt as soon as possible.
Villa Blue Lagoon, a friendly villa in the west of Cape Coral with beautiful views at a canal crossing.
The most beautiful part of this villa is certainly the pool terrace with south-east orientation and lots of space. There is a dining area with barbecue, a cosy lounge area, and for siesta several sun loungers!<
Villa Blue Lagoon was refurbished in 2019 and has a large open living area, three bedrooms and two bathrooms with enough space for six people.
Free WLAN is included.
A boat dock for renting a boat is available, as well as two kayaks, two bicycles and table foosball.

About The Area
Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited Islands.
